PGP key transition statement
============================

For a number of reasons, most notably potential SHA-1 weakness, I am
transitioning away from my old PGP key.

The old key will remain valid for some time, but I would prefer the new key to
be used whenever possible. I would also like the key to be re-integrated into
the web of trust. To certify the transition, this message is signed by both
keys.

This was my old key (available from http://fimml.at/D55FD83D.asc):

  pub   1024D/D55FD83D 2005-06-06 [expires: 2009-08-07]

This is my new key (available from http://fimml.at/1A99AA0E.asc):

You can import the new key with

  wget -qO - http://fimml.at/1A99AA0E.asc | gpg --import -


If you verified my identity before, I would also like you to sign my new key.
To do so, import my old key (if you don't have it already) and check whether
you signed it:

  wget -qO - http://fimml.at/D55FD83D.asc | gpg --import -
  gpg --check-sigs D55FD83D

You can then verify that I am in command of both keys by checking the
signatures on this document:

  wget -qO - http://fimml.at/pgp-transition-1A99AA0E.txt | gpg --verify

After that, you can verify that my new key matches information in the old one
and sign it:

  gpg --sign-key 1A99AA0E

Lastly, I would like you to mail the newly-signed key back to me. To do so,
export the key ASCII-armored:

  gpg --armor --export 1A99AA0E

and mail the output to me at <patrik@fimml.at>.
